Rowfield Commercial specialises in providing expert Project Management services to the construction industry. Our team of Project Managers and Chartered Quantity Surveyors are experts in project management. We are headquartered in Cardiff, with offices in London and provide our services to clients throughout the UK.
Our expertise allows clients to release additional value by extracting the opportunity within each construction contract. We specialise in providing project support services using the New Engineering Contract (NEC) and Engineer and Construct Contract (ECC), to a high degree of technical competence.
Our team of NEC ECC Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors are amongst the highest qualified in the county which has enabled us to exceed expectations and develop strong relationships with our clients. We are therefore able to maintain or status as Corporate Members of the Association of Project Managers and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors,

General Accountability:
The Project Manager will support our client organisations and will be responsible for the delivery of complex high value projects. As such you will be able to demonstrate project development and delivery experience of schemes safely, on time and to budget. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels, have a track record of meeting time and budgetary requirements, as well as being strong ambassador for health, safety and environmental policies.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in designing and delivering complex high-value infrastructure projects to meet customer requirements, ensuring safety, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
- Responsible for producing management reports for the client at all levels of seniority
- Develop and deliver schemes safely, on time, and within budget, demonstrating significant experience in project development and delivery
- Establish financial controls for project expenditure and cost analysis
- Apply knowledge of commercial contracts to mitigate delays and financial risks
- Manage NEC 3/4 contracts on behalf of the client
- Maintain positive working relationships with the client and all stakeholders
- Identify risks and ensure operational impacts are minimised
- Ensuring strong adherence to Project quality management systems.
- Lead and manage commissioning process on behalf of the client
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Previous experience of managing large, high performing teams
- Proficient knowledge of NEC/ECC contracts.
- Proficient knowledge of the application of CDM.
- Recognised safety competency such as NEBOSH or IOSH
- Practical knowledge of UK transmission & Distribution System is desirable
